Orange train or over loading to Pakistan nation

Orange line is an automatic rapid transit system under construction in Lahore. In March 2018, the orange line will become first Pakistani metro rail line. The orange line has proposed different benefits for Lahore metro. The line will span 27.1 km (16.8 ml) with 25.4 km (15.8 ml) elevated and 1.72 km (1.1 ml) underground. The line will be served by 26 stations and the expected to handle 2,50,000 passengers daily. Though it is frequently mentioned as a part of the wider china Pakistan economic corridor, the orange line is being financed by the government of Punjab, CRRC Zhuzhou locomotive rolled out the first of 27 trains for the metro on 16 May 2017. The apex court reserved its judgment on 17th April,2017 .in the case of multi-billion-rupee orange line metro project after two weeks of hearings. A five-judge bench of the Supreme Court headed by justice Ejaz Afzal Khan continued to hear an appeal by the Punjab government against the Lahore high court’s August 2016 order that has suspended the construction of the 45 billion OLMT within 200 feet of 11 historical sites with city. Asma Jahangir represented the civil society, which contended that the project would damage heritage sites in Lahore. On April 4, the supreme court had expressed concerns over the LHC decision observing tha it was made without seeking an expert opinion on the subject on December 8 supreme court granting conditional approval to the Punjab Government the supreme court rules in favor of OLMT project setting aside the verdict of LHC.

 

The apex court allows the provincial government to go ahead with the train project provided it fulfills 31 conditions including ensuring the safety of historical places. Although the supreme court conditionally allows the Punjab government to complete LOLMT project. The litigation already delayed the project by a year and is likely to escalate cost by more than Rs 10 billion. OLMT Package-1 (from Dera Gujjran to Chuburji) and Package-2 (from chuburji to Ali Town) contractors said it was a difficult task. OLMT steering committee chairman Khawaja Hassan chaired a special meeting to chalk out a comprehensive plan to complete the project in minimum time. Besides initiating the process to constitute three special committees for the project, as per directions of Supreme Court. Many questions arise in our mind related to this project. Why our government choose this heavy budget project for this nation, which already under pardon of allots of international’s loans. Today every new born baby has loan of one lack and 40thousands because of our government’s policies.

Our government should b focus on others issues like hospitals, education and electricity’s problems so that we can make strong our country in these matters 25 years ago every government has its own vision of my country but today we are still in dreams to achieve our goals. We need to awake to see our real problems for make their solutions rather than to involve in new problems. Orange line train is not a prosperity, it is pardon of loans on us, there are many others problems in which our government need to do work like agriculture, livestock international trading and textiles etc. We need as such a prosperity in which we can get all happiness of our life in form of our needs easily, in which every person can satisfied positive policies of our government.
